Ruth SanchezExecutive Director - Phoenix
Ruth Sanchez is the Project C.U.R.E. Executive Director in Phoenix, Arizona. In her role, she focuses on raising awareness and funds for Project C.U.R.E. programs. She serves our international partners by supporting life-saving container projects and recruitment of new donors and ambassadors in her market. Ruth loves partnering with local corporations, companies, churches, and membership organizations. She brings her passion, genuine ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals, experienced with an extensive 20+ year background in corporate and business development, fundraising, major gifts, diversity, team training, customer service, Six Sigma green belt, and nonprofit business management.
Ruth is an active and long-term volunteer in Arizona supporting non-profits including Special Olympics and Sun Sounds, as a local radio reading broadcaster for the blind and print disabled. Ruth has two sons and a beautiful granddaughter. She loves humanitarian projects, hiking, theater, theology, and writing short children’s stories.
