Welcome to Project C.U.R.E. — Houston!
Project C.U.R.E. was founded in a Colorado garage in 1987 and has since expanded to seven distribution locations across the U.S., including Houston — the world’s largest medical community. We’ve also grown to become the world’s largest distributor of donated medical supplies, equipment, and services to doctors and nurses in more than 135 countries. This is no easy feat. The only way we can make it happen is through the help and support of those also willing to get involved — from volunteering to donating, you can help us make a difference.
Halliburton Interns from Across the U.S. Decend on Houston Warehouse – June 2023
We are thrilled to be hosting brand new Halliburton interns from across the United States. There is nothing better than working with an amazing partner like Halliburton to give students a chance to spend the afternoon sorting medical goods and supplies while learning more about what we do. Project C.U.R.E. can’t survive without our corporate friends like Halliburton and the support they bring to our work.

Cheniere Energy Grant Lifts Spirits and Heavy Loads – March 2023
A generous grant from our partners at Cheniere is helping ensure that the Project C.U.R.E. Houston Distribution Center is safe and accessible. We were able to purchase several ladders, hand lifts, and even a forklift for our warehouse. There is no way we can do what we do without partners like Cheniere and we are so grateful for their support!
Impactful Ethiopia Site Assessment – February 2023
In February, Project C.U.R.E.’s Houston Executive Director Jo Sullivan, and Director of Special Projects Dave Maddox, traveled to Ethiopia with the Jara and Jiru Foundation to assess multiple clinics and hospitals. The team from the J&J Foundation is committed to improving healthcare in the most challenged villages and towns. After a week together, Jo and Dave could see the hope and help a container program would bring to the area and were honored to work with their team as we make the dream a reality.
Celebrating Some World Series-Level Volunteers – December 2022

Marking Ukrainian Independence Day – August 2022
Project C.U.R.E.’s unwavering support to Ukraine has been evident in our work since the war began. Jo Sullivan (left) and Janet Thomason (right) were especially proud to celebrate Ukrainian Independence Day in August of 2022 with the Consul General of Ukraine, Vitalii Tarasiuk. We’ve been honored to work with Mr. Tarasiuk over the past couple of years and will continue our partnership as long as we are needed.
Make a Financial Contribution
While we need our volunteers and medical donations, financial donations make a significant impact in helping us get the medical supplies from our warehouse into the hands of the healthcare workers who need them most abroad.
Together, we can continue our mission to deliver health and hope to the world.
